At Café Avarle, we want you to love your mushroom coffee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Eligibility
- Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges may not be available.
- Sample packs are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Sale items are eligible for an exchange of an alternate flavor.
Refund Process:

- (If applicable) Return any unopened boxes to:

Priest River, Idaho, 83856 - Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If refunded, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Looking to substitute a different flavor? We’ve got you covered!
- Single-box orders: No returns necessary. Let us know your preferred flavor, and we’ll send a replacement.
- Multiple-box orders: Please return any unopened boxes before we ship out the exchange.
- Sale item exchanges: Processed at the original sale price. If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference (plus shipping). If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Sale Items
- Sale items are eligible for exchange of an alternate flavor at the original sale price.
- Price differences:
- Higher-priced exchanges: Pay the difference plus shipping.
- Lower-priced exchanges: Receive a partial refund for the difference.
- Equal value: No extra charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card statement. Refunds may several days to process.
- Contact your credit card provider for confirmation; processing times may vary.

Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping (when applicable).
- Consider using a trackable shipping service like FedEx or UPS to ensure delivery.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary based on location.
